Truth

God knew of me since i was born, He was always there for me.
I got to know about Him at the age of 10/11 years old. I really loved the church that i was going to.
"North County Baptist Church, did you hear that AMEN!!!" Everyone in the bus would scream that, and whoever was the loudest would get a dollar.

During service, the second hour; whoever sat still, would get a dollar and most of the time, i would get that dollar. I remember one day that i saw from the corner of my eye, people coming out from a small building, back then,  I didn't knew who they were but now, I'm a member of that group of people that now are 300 hundred or so every Sunday.

Who would've thought that i would end up as a member of baptist church!! Only God knew about that.
Anyways, that point in life in my childhood i cherish it in my heart. I had a whole lot of fun going to Pastor's Millers church when i was just a boy.

Now, when I was 16 going to 17, i got saved, it was summer of '04, the only person that i remember was Bro. Alfonso Martinez testifying me on Hickory street, right after i said yes and prayed; i tagged along with him. I followed him wherever he went. That is why  I'm fond him, he has a special spot in my heart.
It was February "Dia del Amigo" when my aunt invited me to this church.

There are two people that i want to give thanks, Bro. Charlie and Pastor Arturo, i love them both to death. Bro. Charlie for teaching me about baptism, about being member of this great church of mine and Pastor Arturo for baptizing me; it was a cold baptism, the water COLD, but it was worth it.

Bro. Alfonso, Bro. Charlie and Pastor Arturo, three great people that God allowed me to meet.
Thy work is not in vain.

Jesus Last Passover. from Bible Analyser

By the time of Jesus, the Passover had developed into a set form with a number of added rituals. Although people killed the lamb at the temple, they ate the meal privately with friends and relatives (Luk 22:8-13). Among the additions to the meal was a cup of wine, for which the head of the household offered a prayer of thanks (or blessing; 1Co 10:16), and which he passed around among the participants, both before and after the eating of unleavened bread (Mar 14:22-24; Luk 22:15-20). Singing also became part of the celebration, the participants singing a collection of psalms known as the Hallel (Psa 113-118). They usually sang the first two psalms before eating the lamb, the other psalms after (Mar 14:26). It appears that on the occasion of Jesus' last Passover, he and his disciples ate the meal a day earlier than the official time, and probably without a lamb (Luk 22:15; Joh 13:1). If this was so, the reason was probably that Jesus knew that he himself was now the Passover lamb. O...

God's Patience

How can one know when you have tried God's patience again and again and again? He has given me so many chances and every time I fail to take it. Sin and temptation are always close behind me, waiting on me to make una burrada in which I will drop bottom and never get back up. I have had hiccups but every time I get up again and I try and try to regain my foot hold but those hiccups always happens. They happen because my focus is not on God or in my church, my focus is to get enough rest and sleep so I can work well for Vons. I need to focus my strength where it matters, in God's vineyard. God hasn't discipline me yet because of my hiccups brought by temptation and sin and of not having dominio propio; of having my flesh and its desires in check.   If I don't get those hiccups in control and my flesh in check, sooner or later I will find myself in rock bottom and  my friends and family will giver their back to me; that will be when God's patience has run out ...

I'd like to share this with you, found it when i was browsing for "passion for the lost souls"

10 little Christians standing in line. 1 disliked the preacher, then there were 9. 9 little Christians stayed up very late. 1 overslept Sunday, then there were 8. 8 little Christians on their way to Heaven. 1 took the low road and then there were 7. 7 little Christians chirping like chicks. 1 disliked music, then there were 6. 6 little Christians seemed very much alive, but one lost his interest then there was 5. 5 little Christians pulling for Heaven's Shore, but one stopped to rest, then there were 4 4 little Christians each busy as a bee. 1 got his feelings hurt, then there were 3 3 little Christians knew not what to do. 1 joined the sporty crowd, then there were 2 2 little Christians, our rhyme is nearly done, differed with each other, then there was 1 1 little Christian can't do much 'tis true, brought his friend to bible study, then there were 2 2 earnest Christians, each won one more. That doubled the number, then there were 4 4 sincere Christia...
