With my heart in my hand.

There has to be more than being a Christian, but there is.
The sin that is holding you hostage makes it very difficult for you to progress in this thing call the "Christian life" This "life" is all about taking you cross and this means taking your insecurity with you: if you speak up about what really troubles you, you'll think that you'll face backlash from people  you know because they see this sin as awful and unthinkable; this is the reason why so many believe, think that not all sins are equal. Sometimes one need to keep things to one self because one is unsure on how others will react: we let our imagination on what might happen go wild.

Biblically, all sins are equal because God shows it to you by guilt. If one feels guilt after failing God, that same guilt encompasses all sins when committed. God is all we need, not people because they fail and because one is unsure on how they will react to something they never reacted to.

Its very important to confess sin to the one that you have failed; we fail God first, everything else comes second and sometimes they are irrelevant. Unconfessed sin will really do you a number on your soul, on your daily walk with God, and on your relationship with other people.

All that our soul needs is to confide in God and believe Him when He says; I forgive you, go sin no more. And one might say, but how?! How can  I stop sinning?! On our own strength is impossible to do but if one really loves the Lord with all the heart, mind and strength, one will find a way.

Every time we sin, we spit on God's face, we step on the precious blood that redeemed our souls from hell. Every time we sin, we're not giving credit where credit is due; we're saying that the shedding of the blood on cavalry counts to nothing and God is there saying "what!!, I gave my only Child and this is how you repay me!?" It shouldn't be like that.

Our gratitude should stop us from sinning; remember, if you sin you are spitting on God's face, when you sin, you are not giving value to the Blood, to the Sacrifice, to the Redeeming of our souls.

Negligence

How am I that God calls his own? Who am I that God came to this world in human form to suffer and ultimately  died for me? I haven't gone to church since this health crisis started back in March. I haven't opened my Bible since March. I can only go as far as God permits. He has control of everything that I do. If it wasn't for Him, I wouldn't be married now, there wouldn't a baby on the way.      For me to fall away as east is from the west, it only takes one choice. Everyday we make decisions and those decisions are what shapes us, for the better or for the worse; but in all of that, God is in control.     My life is hanging by a very thin thread and if I'm not careful, my life as I know it will be very chaotic. Right now, my life is going smooth, but bumpy  in a spiritual sense. Sometimes I ask myself when I will turn back to God. I've been very negligent when it comes to reading my Bible and attending church (I do say my prayers now and then). ...

to be continue.....

Have you ever thought what life would be without God? at first life wouldn't exist, we wouldn't exist. Now God not in your life is a whole different matter. Now the question is: Have ever you ever thought how your life would be without God? Your life will be dull and without meaning, you will lose focus of the things that matter to you, which are part of your life.......this is the first post since of Feb 2.... come back later....

IF

Its been two weeks now without reading my Lord's Great Book and not winning souls. Its been two weeks since I haven't joined my prayer buddies early in the morning. I remember those good times praying with my brothers, going door to door and just having fun the way it is meant to. A christian's heart to be in place under God's grace and mercy. The will of God should be the power by which the christian walks. God did not created lazy and coward people. He made us a su semejanza. The ingredients necessary for a great christian life are: 1. Prayer 2.Fasting 3.Fellowship 4.Soul winning 5.Living in God's will 6.Yielding to the Holy Spirit If I don't find myself in my Lord's will, i will become indifferent to others and to me. I will fall victim to this world's vanities. Anything that doesn't last long is vanity. Hopefully in God's grace and mercy  I'll spring up and take action on my faith and beliefs. I'll sp...
